Christian Osorio has been named by Minor Hotel Group, the management company

of Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, as the property’s quality and continuous improvement manager.

Osorio previously served as operation analysis manager at Mandarin Oriental Miami and as developer, owners and tenants communication improvement specialist at Reef Islands, Bahrain.

She has been in the hospitality and quality management business for 11 years.

Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Miami, she worked at five-star properties in Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica with a focus on quality, productivity and process improvement.
